Back to life!
Yeah, I was exhausted on Saturday. I updated every single blog, though. Today I have blasted through them! This is the last one for the day! Haazzah! Damn I'm good! One reason why I was able to slam through these freakin' blogs is because my e-mail is down. Houston, we have a problem! How am I supposed to sell some factory constructed homes with no e-mail? This is a major malfunction, people! I'm the internet manager around here, man! This totally sucks. Well, I'm going to have to come up with other things to do today. My wife is sick, so that should just about take care of that issue... Ugh. I'm going to quarantine her in a factory constructed home! If I don't, maybe I'll get sick too. Can't have that- no sir! Do you know how hard it is to blog when you're under the weather? Me neither, but I bet its no fun at all! What is fun is being done. And now I am. Take a final factory constructed home for the road!

woe is me
Oh, woe is me. I am very tired after last night's show. Hard to get my blog on, but here goes... I do like this term- factory constructed homes. It sounds good. What doesn't sound good is the sales reports for such homes across the country. Factory constructed home sales have been in a tailspin for several years. Even the bolstered sales as a result of FEMA ordering homes for the Gulf Coast region hasn't helped that much. What do we do? There are a lot of people in our industry scratching their heads wondering the same thing. Many companies are scaling down, reducing debt, and laying off employees. Circle the wagons, Jeb! I plan to be aggressive in the marketplace. You won't find Black Hawk Homes sitting idly by- recession or not. Get your new factory constructed home today from us!

baby spot
Baby Gato! Good photo of the youngster!
I like this blog name. Its one of our new terms in the industry- sounds good, huh? I think so. Factory constructed homes. Its real, its tough, I like it. Its hard to use in conversation, but it looks good on paper. Yeah, long winded. Factory built homes. Catchy? Not too bad. Hell of a lot better than mobile home, thats for sure. Mobile home slides off the tongue easier, though. Oh well, can't win 'em all. And no, you can't win a free factory constructed home from Black Hawk Homes either. And no, we're not having a buy one, get one free because times are tough. What do you think this is, a shoe store? Dang.

Babies sell!
I put this picture up of my wife's nephew cuz he's so damn cute. I thought it might help sell some manufactured homes up in here! Sorry... 'factory constructed homes'
It seems like an eternity since I started blogging about Black Hawk Homes and our factory constructed homes, but its only been a couple weeks! Who knew this sort of thing would be so draining. Now I'm crying like a baby...
Well, I've nothing to say. Monday has destroyed my mojo. I'll leave with one last-- you know-- factory constructed home!

10th and Final Blog!
Thank God. This is the 10th and final blog having to do with factory constructed homes. You may also know our homes by any of the following terms: trailer, mobile home, manufactured home, modular home, factory built home, pre-fab home, or ........ I guess thats it. No one in our industry should refer to them as trailers- that would be a big no-no these days. Funny thing is, I've done it- recently too! I am bad, though... Very bad! : ) Mobile home is supposed to be out too. I use that one all the time as well (bad Mikey). Even manufactured home is supposed to be replaced by Factory Built or Factory Constructed... Well, I don't care. If you've read any of these blogs, you'll know that its not what we call them that matters so much as how the general public views our homes. Just today I said that you can call one the Sistine Chapel if you want, if it doesn't LOOK LIKE the Vatican, people won't respond. Build something eye-catching. Make an attractive, modern home and then you'll sway public opinion. Until then, call 'em whatever you like for all I care. Peace, love, and happiness to all! Buenos noches
