Thank God. This is the 10th and final blog having to do with factory constructed homes. You may also know our homes by any of the following terms: trailer, mobile home, manufactured home, modular home, factory built home, pre-fab home, or ........ I guess thats it. No one in our industry should refer to them as trailers- that would be a big no-no these days. Funny thing is, I've done it- recently too! I am bad, though... Very bad! : ) Mobile home is supposed to be out too. I use that one all the time as well (bad Mikey). Even manufactured home is supposed to be replaced by Factory Built or Factory Constructed... Well, I don't care. If you've read any of these blogs, you'll know that its not what we call them that matters so much as how the general public views our homes. Just today I said that you can call one the Sistine Chapel if you want, if it doesn't LOOK LIKE the Vatican, people won't respond. Build something eye-catching.
